Every sheet is a web page rather than a PDF, so it opens instantly on a phone, prints from the button at the top, and saves as a PDF from the same dialog if you would rather keep it. They are designed in black and white, because a school printer is monochrome and a sheet that costs money to print is a sheet nobody prints.
Print them, photocopy them, hand them round a form group. They are free to use and there is nothing to sign up for.
