Common questions
- Do I need a card to sign up?
- No. Every account starts on the regular plan, which never asks for one. Payment details only come into it if you choose the premium plan.
- How does the regular plan work?
- You get 50 practice questions a week, counted from Monday to Sunday, and a fresh 50 every Monday. Spend them however suits you. Everything you build up stays put: your mastery, your achievements and your reports.
- What is the limited time offer?
- For a limited time the premium plan costs less than its usual monthly price. Subscribe while the offer runs and you keep that price for as long as you stay subscribed, even after the offer ends for new subscribers.
- Who sets up the payment?
- An adult, 18 or over. Students never handle billing: the payment is set up by a parent or carer, and receipts go to their email address.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from the subscription page in your account. You keep full access until the end of the time you have already paid for, then move to the regular plan.
- I have a discount code. Where does it go?
- On the subscription page, once you have an account. Codes are redeemed before payment is set up.
