Common questions
- Do I need a card to sign up?
- No. The trial and the free plan never ask for one. Payment details only come into it if you choose the full plan.
- What happens when my trial ends?
- Your account moves to the free plan on its own. Everything you built up stays put: your mastery, your achievements and your reports, ready for whenever you next practise.
- Who sets up the payment?
- An adult, 18 or over. Students never handle billing: the payment is set up by a parent or carer, and receipts go to their email address.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from the subscription page in your account. You keep full access until the end of the time you have already paid for, then move to the free plan.
- I have a discount code. Where does it go?
- On the subscription page, once you have an account. Codes are redeemed before payment is set up.
- Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
- Yes, from the subscription page. An adult confirms the change, and the new plan is charged at its price on the day you switch.
